Having been one who had to survive traumatic experiences, I want a future where every person on earth has all the knowledge and skills they need to live their healthiest, happiest life and use those skills for the benefit of themselves or others.

My four inner strengths are insight, empathy, humor, and problem solving, and my life purpose is to learn and grow as much as possible and help others do the same.

It is important to note that human stress and trauma responses are biological and predictable. They happen without our permission and sometimes even outside our conscious awareness. This is what a trauma-informed coach will try to normalize.
